Shipping Policies
U.S Shipping
- All orders will be processed and shipped within 10 to 14 business days (excl. weekends, holidays) after receiving payment via PayPal/Shopify Payments/Major CC.
- After your order is placed you will receive a shipping confirmation from the carrier.
- We ship through USPS, UPS & Fedex.
- It is of high importance that you state the correct and precise shipping information.
- We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses or returned packages. If it is returned to Strut Boutique you are responsible for shipping costs.
- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages via the carrier.
- Please make sure you use a viable email for order communication.
- We will inform you if there are any delays. Please note, that delays may arise during holidays, new collection launches and sale periods.
- Each order is shipped out of our fulfillment center in Tennessee.
- To return your product, you should mail your product to: 5309 Murfreesboro Rd. Po Box 471 LaVergne, TN 37086
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returns or exchanges must be received within 21 days of receipt. All returns will be refunded via store credit after Strut Boutique has processed your return.
- Exchanges will be shipped within 10 to 14 days.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Strut Boutique does not offer international shipping.
- Pickup service can be requested during checkout.
- Packages for pickup will be ready in 5 to 10 days.
